Lloyd Mandelbaum

Lloyd Mandelbaum is the founder and proprietor of Chicago Crucible LLC, which is a fine art foundry located in Hamilton, Michigan. After receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Lloyd gained experience working in other foundries before launching his brand in 2009. Chicago Crucible operated in Chicago until 2017 at which point the production facility moved to West Michigan. Chicago Crucible retains a footprint in Chicago with a consultation space where artists and other clientele can meet by appointment to pick up, drop off, and discuss projects.
